30-Day Return Policy

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging (if possible).

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, you must notify us as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after delivery.

  • Claims made after 14 days cannot be refunded or replaced, as damage may be due to use, handling, or external factors beyond our control.

  • Please provide clear photos and a description when contacting us.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item, simply return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and customized products cannot be returned or refunded.
