30-Day Return Policy

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging (if possible).

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, you must notify us as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after delivery.

Claims made after 14 days cannot be refunded or replaced, as damage may be due to use, handling, or external factors beyond our control.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, simply return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, gift cards, and customized products cannot be returned or refunded.
