#MyBookBag: I give you 5!

Hi Folks, Hope you’ll like this piece – I’m so excited I’ve managed to write it because these books are helping me a lot in my body&mind evolving process.

Before going through my top 5 books I recommend you to read I want to tell you a short story about myself.  I started reading these kind of “inner self books”  and before that, many articles about this topic, about four years ago when many doctors said the same : “your body is ok, but your mind needs a psychologist”. At that time, I couldn’t afford to visit the psychologists more than several times as I should, but that few visits helped me a lot to change my perception about the MIND OPENNESS.

Since then I thought about myself that I was a very open minded person: ” I smoke, I drink, I don’t say no to any party invitation, I work in a great advertising agency at 23, I do amazing stuff there; I am involved in so many activities with so many people, I have a lot of friends.”  Then, after talking with the psychologist and answering to his questions I realized about myself that I am an expert at putting labels on things and people: “oh, that book is for sure an American bullshit” or “who? that fat girl?” or even labels on myself like “I know myself, I’m not able to ask for a salary increase, I want it to be boss’s initiative”.

Kindle, paper-book or audiobook?

If you are a travel person, as I am, and you don’t have a Kindle – it’s the right time to order it! You’ll save a lot of space and you’ll “carry” with you hundreds of books. This pragmatic thinking book is my latest discovery that impressed me a lot. I wrote a Romanian review (here)   in order to bring it closer to my country and suggest to publishers to invest in its translation. It’s a logical therapy.

 Dearth. One of the humans’ greatest fears is the main subject of this book. Living the NOW is also meaning to be aware that we are visitors on this Planet without fear of it.
